Which countries does The Modern Code ship to?

We only ship to the USA and Canada at this time. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout

How do I fix an incorrect order or shipping address?

Email/Text/DM us within 24 hours to fix any errors in your order.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

So when will my order ship?

The goal is to ship within 4 business days after the order is placed.

For preorders, it will take up to 2 weeks to process and fulfill orders. Shipping itself takes an additional 2-8 days.

What’s your refund policy?

We always aim for our customers to love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

We have a 30-day return policy so that you can ensure you love your products. If you don’t, no hard feelings. Please send an email with your order number and email to support@themoderncode.com, and we will process your return for a full refund. We'd rather you gift a Modern Code product you don’t like to a friend or a homeless shelter. Sometimes a product doesn't work for you but works for others.

If an item arrives damaged, we'll replace it for you!
